Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers

  • Make the filling

    • In a small bowl, mix brie cubes with blueberry preserves, black pepper, and garlic powder.

  • Fill the peppers

    • Spoon the mixture evenly into each jalapeño half.

  • Bread the poppers

    • Set up three bowls:

      • Flour

      • Egg + milk (whisked)

      • Breadcrumbs

    • Dip each filled jalapeño into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

  • Bake

    • Place poppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

    • Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden and crispy.

  • Finish & serve

    • Drizzle lightly with honey if desired.

    • Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
