Crockpot Chicken Alfredo

  • Make the sauce base
    Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
    Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    Dot cream cheese cubes and butter on top.

  • Cook

    • Low: 5–6 hours

    • High: 3–4 hours
      Chicken should be tender and easy to shred.

  • Shred chicken
    Remove chicken, shred with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.

  • Add cheese
    Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

  • Cook pasta separately
    Boil fettuccine according to package directions.
    Drain and add to the crockpot, stirring to coat.

  • Serve
    Garnish with parsley or add steamed broccoli/spinach if you like.


Tips & Variations

  • Extra creamy: Add ½ cup more cream or Parmesan

  • Healthier: Use milk + a cornstarch slurry instead of cream

  • Protein swap: Works with rotisserie chicken (add near the end)

  • No pasta mush: Always cook pasta separately
