Make the sauce base
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dot cream cheese cubes and butter on top.Cook
Low: 5–6 hours
High: 3–4 hours
Chicken should be tender and easy to shred.
Shred chicken
Remove chicken, shred with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.Add cheese
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.Cook pasta separately
Boil fettuccine according to package directions.
Drain and add to the crockpot, stirring to coat.Serve
Garnish with parsley or add steamed broccoli/spinach if you like.
Tips & Variations
Extra creamy: Add ½ cup more cream or Parmesan
Healthier: Use milk + a cornstarch slurry instead of cream
Protein swap: Works with rotisserie chicken (add near the end)
